We have a trained team of experts who execute the process of audio/video tagging and audio/video transcription accurately as a result of accumulated experience and training. We perform transcription services for diverse media and industrial segments.

SBL’s team processes captured visual and audio content from diverse media sectors digitally for human monitoring. Monitoring involves text flagging for visuals, interviews or audio clippings of celebrities or products/sellable materials. Using the information, metadata is produced for the whole supervised program and stored into an indexed database.

We prepare transcripts for audio and video clippings. The final transcripts go through rigorous quality analysis before they are sent to the clients. These are provided in digital format (word/text doc) to the clients.

Video transcription
Through video transcription service, transcribers can capture all the conversations in a movie or TV show with accuracy, including the sound effects of the visuals. This helps the spectators all round the world to follow the conversations correctly.

We monitor the audio/video advertisement contents. We closely scrutinize the advertisements, carefully watch every detail about them like whether it is about a specific product, a new ad or an improvised ad, and then store the ad as metadata to client’s database.

The research and editing is a comparatively a sophisticated process. Our research editors search for the metadata which has been stored in the database and identify the sellable content from them. They are then checked for grammar, spelling and accuracy using our own software and delivered to clients according to their format specification (text reports, multimedia reports).
